Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer since 1995
Can I have a sample order ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time?
A:Our fast lead time. For Normal orders, we will promise to produce within 7~9days. As a factory, we can ensure the delivery time according to the formal contract.
Do you have any MOQ limit ?
A: Low MOQ, 1PC for sample checking is available
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Train, air express, sea shipping can provide. Shipping time depends on distance.
Is it OK to print my logo and change package?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production.we need comfirm with you the design.
How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%. We will do several inspection before we send to you.
What is the term of payment?
A: T/T / LC/ Cash/ Credit Card/ Paypal/ Western Union.
